Has anybody used Ultra Green Tea Lean and gotten results? I am not worried about getting charged after 14 days because of course they already took it out before I had a chance to try it- but I have decided that rather than complain I would give it a fair try. My question to those who have tried this product: What did you do while using it? The only info I've been able to find is on a diet review site that says you are supposed to drink one packet with water per day preferably before you work out for energy. That makes sense but it doesn't say anything like that on the package-it just tells you how much water to use to make the drink.
For those of you who like when askers get specific and can help me–
I have been working out lately and I figured this makes for a good schedule–
I work at a gym a few days a week and I have to open it up for 5 am. Those days I would come earlier and work out before work, the other days I would come between 5-6am. It feels good to know all day that I have already worked out and it really makes me energized all day long. I warm up on elliptical for 15 minutes so that when I begin my more intense cardio I am getting the most out of it the whole time, then while my heart rates is still up I use the arc on intervals for at least 40 mins, usually 45. I plan to start doing some weights more often but I mainly work on cardio for the time being. I don’t drink anything with sugar- strictly diet iced tea, green tea, water, milk, and of course Ultra Lean Green.
Am I doing anything wrong? Any tips? Anything you can say would be cool.
