As for me, the best diet is a diet that you can use at a lifetime. Just don't starve yourself. Try the 6 small meals a day diet. As i read somewhere, that it works because the smaller we eat, the faster it will be burn out. I'm trying it now, & so far it works. Avoid juices & soda's. Just water.

personally, i drink green tea at least 2 times a day. I dno't notice a huge difference when i drink it, but with a good diet and plently of exercise it certainly helps a bit. Even if you dno't burn that many calories it's still amazing for your healthy. I strongly recommend it, good luck with that diet!:) and remember, your beautiful no matter how much you weigh, some of the prettiest women and men i've met are overweight, no joke….you dont have to have a perfect body to be gorgeous.

while i agree with the patch, I think simply cutting back fat intake (mcdonalds bacon egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast and 2 beef sausage hot dogs for lunch) helps. Also try out something of jogging, bicycling, or simply walking. a full range motion workout done in front of the tv or something should do. I'm 25 and I just wanna ride my bike like the kids do!!!!! swimming too maybe is a good workout and that's if you don't get the patch. coinciding with patches, i drink tons of coffe wich can be a major appetite suppressent. yep, probably anything caffinated. I lost 10 pounds just by cutting out the McDonalds and taking smalls walks, no more than what you'd do at school or work to and from the building.
