Oprah has spoken of this Oolong Tea before. I just purchased some at the health food store today. Have any one ever tried it with weight lost success or is this just a gimmick to get people to buy into it?

Probably just a gimmick but the upside is it’s really tasty. Tea is supposed to be a generally healthy drink, with antioxidants and stuff. And it has no calories, so if you drink it instead of soda it might help you lose weight. People usually drink oolong tea plain, no milk or sugar.

my brother bought some and it didn’t do anything at all for him! i wound up drinking it cause it tasted good, but i already eat healthy and exercise and even though the pack says to do that to lose weight with it it didn’t lose anything. its just a gimmick
