Studies have been and continue to be done to find out what further benefits can be had from drinking green tea. Green tea naturally contains caffeine. This of course helps to increase your heart rate which in turn burns more calories. This means that by drinking green tea you can increase your metabolism. If you don’t like the taste of it you can also buy it in a supplement.

Green tea has a host of health benefits - it improves longevity, prevents and eases anxiety, arthritic pain, heart and liver disease, cancer, and a host of other disorders.
