Does drinking herbal teas, chai, red, green, chamomile, etc. really have benefits? Have any of you seen the benefits such as calming, soothing tummy ache, weight loss, etc.? If so, which kind of tea did you drink and what benefit did you get from it? Also, can anyone give me details on the benefits of the different teas? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
Also, is any particular brand better that others? Is it more beneficial to brew your own out of tea bags or buy the already made tea in bottles or is it the same difference?

I actually just read about a study done by Japanese scientists where they checked the metabolisms of people who drank green tea and didn't, and it was shown to improve it by a good margin. I can't find it at the moment, unfortunately, so I can't put it in my sources.
