To say that I drink green/white/herbal tea religiously would be an understatement.. I am almost addicted to tea and would go NUTS if i don't get a few cups everyday.. Since it is low in caffeine, I am assuming I am addicted to the caffeine in them and therefore am drinking about 3 liters a day..
I have been trying some caffeine-free herbal teas and was wondering if any of them can be used as mood elevators? I have fennel, chamomile and hibiscus… are any of these helpful for that matter?

Try Yoga Tea. It comes in all different kinds such as calming tea and energy tea. check Farm Fresh's organic section.

Although I would be highly skeptical of such, there are a number of tea products claiming to have a positive effect on depression. See my source or Google tea depression.
