but can anybody tell me how much of it should drink? and how often you should drink it.? And also can too much of it be bad for you.? I have purchased the green tea teabags. Thanking everybody who answers in advance
I actualy do exercise alot I brisk walk for 5 to 7 miles 3 or 4 times a week. diet is my big downfall as i have a sweet tooth. I really only need to lose about 20 lbs

just a cup, a normal cup, not a mug. and once a day is enough to get you through a period of time where you might want to be snacking. it supresses hunger basicly.

Hello, I just answerd a similar question to someone else, I am just copying and pasting it, and I am hoping you will get some answer of your question, you may also like to try couple of cups in a day to make sure if it suits you. I really dont think, it can be bad for you, however just like too much coffee it may suppress your appetite:
I have been drinking green tea from last 30 years. I would say on the basis of my experience that there is no specific time to drink green tea, I drink green tea any time and I have always gotten great results in terms of weight loss. I would also suggest you that use green tea in liquid form and with few drops of fresh lemon juice (it would give you great taste and also good to lose weight fastly).
For strictly weight losing purpose, you may like this:
"Drink three cup of green tea everyday. One before breakfast, one before lunch and one around 3 o’clock.

Green tea supposed to speed up your metabolism so you body burns calories quicker,I think you drink maybe 2 or 3 a day,I don't know how much but maybe it will be on the back of the teabags you bought.

You join the gigantic band of hopefuls hoping to loose weight by doing nothing. There are currently 145 old sets of answers for you to look at on this site asking the same green tea question.
If there really was an easy way of loosing weight do you not think we would all be using it, don't you think health professionals would be shouting from he rooftops ' DRINK GREEN TEA' and we can fix the obesity epidemic that is costing the Health Service a fortune, not to mention the time doctors spend on obesity related issues!
Less in more out, a balanced diet, 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise 4-5 days a week. Get off the couch!

Yes, it will. You should drink 4 cups of it……….no more & no less, if you want to lose weight. Studies have shown that a woman that drinks 4 cups will increase her metaboism & as a result, burn an additional 100 calories a day. It is best to drink it using the tea bags (like the ones you bought).
If you need to make it taste better, add some lemon to it (either lemon juice or True Lemon crystals). But, whatever you do, DO NOT add milk or sugar. Adding sugar will make is so that you do not actually lose weight & numerous studies have shown that adding milk actually negates & destroys the anti-oxidents in it.
If you have a tough time drinking it hot (due to the weather becoming hotter), what I do is make a batch of it & stick it in the fridge, so I have a homemade iced tea (& 100% natural w/o any preservatives)
