hi, im 6 ft 225 lb male 19 yrs and trying to lose weight. I have started taking those green tea fat burner?

pills. will these pills help me lose weight if i am running on the treadmill or playin full court basketball games 3-5 times a week? I will pretty much only drink water and lots of it every day but also the occasional can of big red. (the best drink in the world) do you think i can lose 20-25 lbs in the following months by doing this?

      man your 6 foot and tyou only weigh 225 unless you have a whole shit oad of body fat you are ok dont worry about losing it fast if you wanna lose it just go screw around play basketballa nd jogging and shit like that dont take supplements

      yeah, if you want to starve your self and basically kill your body. you should eat healthy, cut all greasy food, (no more fast food) cut oil and butter. then doing 20-45 mins of cardio usually treadmill, but try a elipical (works both upper and lower body and lessor on the joints) then do 8-15 reps of a weight cuircut, {if you do free weights, tell me what type of worker outer you are , or currently doing. } try to do 2-3 sets per reps. take a 2min break between sets. Please eat something… DO NOT DO GREEN TEA FAT BURNER Pills, any pills are bad. they alter you weight set, they screw around with your hypothymus (controls eating). your body needs nutrients and food. The most healthy way to lose weight is eat healthy and workout, and it is guaranteed.

      1. dont bank on the words 'fast' & 'quick'….to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

      2. start brisk walking 1-2 hrs a day

      3. drink only water,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

      4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..

      5. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your other efforts

      6. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like

      7. always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too…

      8. be smart when eating out or at events/functions

      9. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"…you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
      drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal…

      10. Stay focussed on your goal and God bless you…

      Day 1

      Breakfast

      Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

      1/2 grapefruit or juice

      1 piece toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

      Lunch

      1/2 cup tuna

      1 piece toast

      Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

      Dinner

      3 ounces any lean meat or chicken

      1 cup green beans

      1 cup carrots

      1 apple

      1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

      Day 2

      Breakfast

      Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

      1 egg

      1/2 banana

      1 piece toast

      Lunch

      1 cup cottage cheese or tuna

      8 regular saltine crackers

      Dinner

      2 beef franks

      1 cup broccoli or cabbage

      1/2 cup carrots

      Day 3

      Breakfast

      5 regular saltine crackers
