i mean i heard bout that from oprah but with all this diet fads from nthe market claiming to be this and that but dnt really work at all, u cant blame me for being skeptical and cautious…so what i want to know is a true testament coming from ordinary costumers like me that that tea really help reduce the fat in their body before i fall victim again!
honestly, can anyone prove to me that oolong tea really do wonders?

Just stick to good quality green tea, no sugar added.
Something that taste that bad must really be good for something. I'm a "slim" 75kg at 5 feet 11 inches. How you suffer for your art.
Maybe oolong tea just might work if you're buying expensive tea; you'd have no spare cash to buy other fattening foodstuff.

Good Chinese Tea - like the Oolong variety-promotes good health. This fact has been commonly acknowledged by the Chinese and by many who are regular tea drinkers. Connoisseurs of Chinese Tea have been known to pay thousands of dollars for the good brew. Some of the benefits of long term drinking of Chinese Tea are:
- it lowers cholesterol levels
- improves cardiovascular health
- help guard against some cancers
- relieves fatigue and aids digestion
some experts believe it also inhibits the growth of plaque in teeth due to flavenoids contained therein .(ref.http://www.holymtn.com "Health Benefits of Tea")

I agree with Ron Slim, if you want to try Oolong, go to a good reputive Chinese market, or a tea room that carries loose leaf tea, (loose leaf is ALWAYS better) try Ti-Kwan-Yin, or Orange Blossom, those are my favorites.
