I have a circa 1920 partial child's tea set with kittens dressed in clothes doing various things and it consists of a teapot, creamer, sugar bowl, and one tea cup with 6 saucers and 6 plates. I also have a miniature cut glass piitcher with 6 matching glasses.

Check with a local antiques dealer to find out the value in your area.

Sounds like it is English? (which really doesn't mean much considering they were often painted and shipped around the world to be either fired or decorated?
Are there any distinguishing marks? Names? Signatures? These are the things that will help you understand and possibly look up value.
There was a deco series based on nursery rhymes and I believe it was Staffordshire (or something like that?) they made Beatrix Potter and nursery rhyme items for children.
Then Roseville also had a child series of baby cups and dishes too.
So it really depends on the marks.
Glass is honestly hard for me to date and authenticate. I'm not the best at glass at all. The best assumption I can make of that is to say that it is quite possibly of Czech origins because they were famous for their glassware especially in miniature?
