I didn't realize after my free two week trial that I had to pay 37 bucks and then they'd keep sending it and billing me…I know i'm stupid for not reading it carefully enough to realize this, but that's not the point. I made a mistake…so someone please help me :S!
How do I cancel my wu-yi tea order?? I didn't realize what I was getting into, I don't want to pay 37 bucks!

Well, according to the 800 number on the Wu-Yi site, you email markcustomersupport@gmail.com, include your order number and name and tell them you want to cancel. HOWEVER, everything I found online indicated that the email address was pretty non-responsive.
What I did was went to the original website (http://www.wu-yisource.com/) and clicked on the blue "Chat with us Live!" box to speak w/ a customer service rep. After waiting for about 45 minutes, I finally got a rep in the chat box, and cancelled my Wu-Yi subscription and invoked the 60-day money-back guarantee to return the unused portion. The rep gave me a return number and address, and said that when they got the return from me, they would refund the price, less shipping. (I'll say that to my surprise, once I finally got a rep in the chat, he was VERY responsive, and gave me no difficulty whatsoever in canceling. We'll see how responsive the actual refund is.)
Note that when you ordered the tea, you also "signed up" for a "free" 30 day trial membership to the "Living Lean" program. You need to cancel this as well or they'll auto-charge you $19.95 a month for the subscription 31 days after you ordered your tea. Call 1/866-396-5711 to cancel that one.

I want to cancel my order I don’t have an order number cause I did get one when the tea arrive. Any way I drink the tea and it and did what I had to do but it just made feel ill at all time so I had to stop drinking it.

i want to cancel my order i sent the other tea back please refund all the money taken from my credit card except the shipping and handling. i do understand paying for that. several friends ordered the tea and it didnt work for them, so i sent mine back. i ordered the tea on 05-27-08 from a tv commerical. i no longer want this item. please refund my money today and dont charge my credit card from this day 06-27-08 on. thank you for your time.

I have been trying to find out if I have been billed for a full month of ure product even if I haven’t been able to try it yet. But, no one can find my original order for the trial package I recieved. Because of this and the fact that my doctor won’t let me take it, I would rather my order been completely cancelled and no CHARGES taken out of my credit card account. I have already paid for the shipping and handling of the product and that is all I will approve for on my account. I have tried to call and cancel, and I was on the live chat earlier with Raven, but no one seems to be able to find my order or account number. For this reason alone, please if u find my name and account, just cancel because this shows poor business handling on ure part.
