Well you have the powder and not the tea leaves, then all you have to do is mix it with warm water like you would instant coffee or coco. If you have the leaves their is a nifty devise that you can put the leaves in and then through that in the water as it is boiling. It looks like a metal ball with holes in it.

First you need a tea filter to contain the tea leaves, like this one http://www.harney.com/permanentfilters.html (any brand is fine). Boil water to 180 degrees and steep tea for 1-3 minutes. Discard used tea leaves and enjoy.

If you have a coffe filter and a tea pot, this process will work better. Place boiling hot water in a warmed tea pot with the green tea. Let steep for 3-7 min, depending on how strong you want it. Place the coffee filter in a tea cup and pour carefully into the cup. when you have as much as you want, carefully remove the coffee filter so it removes the excess tea leaves, and sweeten with honey or stevia-small amounts of stevia, or you can add it to the boiling water with the tea. Granulated sugar is not as tasteful as honey with green tea.
