like ive stated before, i am trying to loose 40 pounds by september and i was wondering, how important is green tea? surprisingly, i like it, and i've heard so many good things about it especially for people who are loosing weight (like myself), and im wondering, should i be drinking it regularly? and, how much? (we have 500 ML bottles)

well, i've never used green tea, but my mom took the pills to lose weight. She took 2 pills a day. the reason it is good is because of the caffeine in the pills. speeds your matabolism and makes you really wired, i would say drink it once or twice a day. while you eat breakfast and lunch. that's when my mom took the pills. hope that helps

green tea is amazing. Seriously, I lived in Japan for a year and I drank nothing but green tea and water. I lost 20 pounds! Now im addicted to it. With all the anti oxidants… where can you go wrong? it also has metabolism boosters. Dont get the crappy stuff at the supermarket. I tryed it and it tastes nothing like REAL green tea. Get the real Japanese stuff at a japanese store. You won't be disapointed.
I drink like 5 cups a day… but thats just me.
