    Do you actually think that if you don't exercise regularly, and you eat a poor diet, that drinking green tea is going to help you in the longrun?

    Drinking tea won't help you lose weight. It might be healthy to drink one or two cups of tea a day, but there's no evidence that it contributes to weight loss. What you can do is exercise daily, eat well, and have a healthy lifestyle. Don't starve yourself or go on those diets because you'll just gain your weight back. (It doesn't work long-term.)

    I drink three cups of green tea a day to help maintain my weight. I am a male at six foot and 180lbs with a reasonable metabolism. You would probably want to extrapolate this info for your own physiology and loss needs.

    The study that I read about showed drinking thee drinks/day help weight loss, try mint green tea, or orange green tea and they taste much better though and then you can drink more! Also white tea has a simular effect and the taste is much nicer!

    You can buy a product called Green Tea Fat Burner. I buy the large botle (150 count) from Costco. Below is a link to show you what I'm talking about. And they offer a "free" trial sample. There is a $4 shipping charge for the whole wellness kit (which includes a 2 day supply and 4 educational CDs), but I think it's worth it.

    You can't rely on this alone to lose weight. You do have to eat right and excercise. This product does help your metabolism.

    Drinking green tea won't erase all the other bad habits you have that made you gain weight!

    Better to just drink water and eat a healthy diet and exercise.
