When making some Tea, how much milk are you supposed to add? Also is it the same if you use whole milk, non-fat milk, or skim milk?

"To taste" meaning as much or as little as you like. I'd recommend using half-and-half or whole milk… though I take it black, two lumps…

You use whatever milk you want and you put however much you want in it.

Not everyone takes milk in their tea! I don't, don't know anyone who does! You must be in the UK, why aren't you on the UK site?

Approximately 1/4 cup, more or less to suit your taste.

It's entirely to your taste. Try a tablespoon and work up from there. The fat content of the milk has little bearing, though i prefer whole milk for beverages; again, up to you.

Personally, i don't put any milk in my tea at all unless it's chai. Bleh! Xp

I use milk (not lowfat, or reduced, or skim,) but use as much as you like in your tea……after all, it is YOUR tea, yes?

Ask people what they prefer when serving them tea, but as far as you go, use what you like in it…….

It's really your choice. There's no set limit. I suppose it may taste a little different if you use different milks. Experiment a little and you'll eventually find what you like best.

I'd say about a spoon full. But you can try it different ways. You don't have to add milk though. And it doesn't matter what kind of milk you put in it, whatever's in you fridge! :)
Anyway, it sounds like you are a little new to tea so I'd recommend green tea… it is soooo good. Peppermint tea is awesome. There are all kinds!

I only add a little bit of milk to my tea, I also leave the tea bag in for a few minutes before adding milk because I like my tea strong. But it's all down to personal preference.

Research shows that you shouldn't add any milk to tea. The addition of milk actually dramatically diminishes the anti-oxidant properties of tea.
