How well does green tea and L-Carnitine work for weight loss?

  It doesn’t…. its just a good beverage to have as its calorie free and has no stimulants. You can’t just drink green tea then carry on eating the same junk food and expect it to melt away fat!

  Green tea is good cause its a thermogenic and will raise your core temperature so you burn more calories. Try to get acetyl l carnitine which is heaps stronger than the normal stuff. Also add fish oil to your stack. 6 grams a day if you can afford it or if you can find a cheap fish oil. Studies have shown fish oil and exercise reduce the abdominal fat. Also another good thing is guggulsterone.

  Not sure what L-Carnitine is, so I cannot comment anything on that. Anyway, I have read a lot of websites and other sources online that green tea helps in losing weight. An acquaintance of mine actually tried the method out and she said it helps her to lose weight even though she was eating unhealthily at that time. Anyway, I think the results depends on many factors and vary between people, but green tea is shown to be good of health and helps in detoxification. I guess that’s how it works?

  I have been drinking green tea to lose fat as well. However, I recently read that Oolong tea is better when it come to metabolizing fat. Might want to look ito it.
