i wanna try if it actually works, but is Twinings a good brand
Yeah, i do exercise and eat health, am losing weight, but i wanna lose more weight, could oolong actually help me
It actually works ive lost like 5 lbs in a 5 days and plus 40-50 min on treadmill and for three times a week, and plus drinkin oolong tea made lose weight cause that all i drink and some a glass of milk every day and 5 glasses of water

I really dont think so. The ONLY way to lose weight is to reduce calories that you take in, and EXERCISE and get your heart rate up.

Oolong tea contains a significant amount of caffeine, and it's actually the caffeine in it that increases your Energy Expenditure. Coffee will do a similar thing - either way you'd have to drink a LOT of tea for it to make a big difference.

Twinings is a very good brand, but Oolong tea won't make you lose weight.

I've never heard of Oolong Tea being responsible for weight loss but I have heard that Green Tea is!
Hypothetically, I believe that both may be in a roundabout sort of way! If you're drinking tea, you're not drinking soda! Also, if you're going to be drinking tea, you must like yours without sugar for it to have any effect!
I try to drink at least 3 cups of Green Tea a day! I do notice that when I drink tea, I do lose weight but I also usually put a little fresh lemon in mine. Lemon is a natural diuretic so that might have some effect as well!
It can't hurt you so drink up!!!

i think any types of tea can help to lose weight, provided that the consumer dun overload it with any sugar, best if no sugar added at all…

There's many different types of tea avaliable in the market, choose the type packaged in tea bag manner, normally i dun buy the sachet type as it had sugar added into it already…
remember.. every calories counts..
