I love the health benefits of drinking green tea but I don't want to lose weight.?

How can I drink it without losing weight? It is a wonderful health drink with great health benefits.

      if you arne't actively trying to loose weight (by cutting calories, etc.) you should be fine.

      Green tea by itself will not make you lose weight, thats a common myth.

      I don't think that green tea itself will make you loose weight. Unless you are trying to lose weight.

      Have a cupful of blueberries….and maybe if you use one tea bag per 3 cups of tea??? That would dilute but still give you the benefit.
