I ordered the trial of ultra lean green tea and and now can't cancel it?

The customer service number i got keeps making me wait. I've waited all day, tried calling again, but i never get an actual person. Does anyone have a better idea? I need to hurry and cancel before they bill me again.

      That is because it is a scam. Those companies have a habit of not honoring the so called guarantee or auto order cancellation.
      Hopefully you registered with a credit card. Tell the credit card company, phone number on the back of the card, that you want to cancel the auto debt.

      just wait it out.
      i was on the phone for like 30 minutes but i got someone and i cancelled it- and she gave me a confirmation number.
      but i don't know if i'm going to get an email where i have to confirm- or if it's just for liability reasons.
      but either way i have everything covered.
      its worth the wait bc eventually you will get someone and it'll be worth it.

      I received mine yesterday and I decided I didn't want to do it anymore. I called today (14th day from when I ordered to cancel) I waited on hold for about 35-40 mins I was wondering if anyone was ever going to pick up. Then a lady FINALLY did. You just have to be patient. I just stated I didn't want do it this anymore and I would gladly send the un-opened and un-used packets back if they wanted. She was actually very kind and helpful and she said ok you're name is taken off the list, you will not be charged anything else on your credit card and you can keep the packet, its your free trial offer and you've already paid the shipping anyways..so dont send it back. I think because Idid it before the deadline there was no hassle. I did try 2 packets today and I have to say it did help with the energy boost. I usually am soo tired and exhuasted everyday I have to take a nap every afternoon. But I didn't today. As for losing weight I don't think that will happen with a 14 day trial pack, but for $5 I could have bought the same amount of crystal light..so I guess I'm not hugely dissapointed just happy that I cancelled in time before I got the $75 monthly orders.

      I just called the 866 5409633 number and got a really nice young woman. She not only cancelled the order (auto-shipment), but she also told me that the company is offering the product at half-price in case that was why I was cancelling. I told her I just wanted to cancel it. She went ahead and cancelled my order/auto-ship and provided me with a confirmation number. I’m not sure why my experience was so much different than others’, but hopefully I’m out of the woods :) Last time I’ll send away for a free trial of anything!
