recently i had a 20th weak abortion.I had TTTS(twin to twin transfusion syndrome)complication?that's why it didn't work. is it safe enough for me to take any kind of wait loose pill or herbal products without any side effect or harming fertility?

My question to your would be is: Are your going to try or getting ready to try to conceive again any time soon? Weight loss products can do a serious number to your reproductive system. I would suggest that you try to lose your weight the old fashioned way (healthy diet and exercise). If you are looking for supplements try using products from slim fast, south beach, and weight watchers. Protein shakes are a great way to help control hunger and boost energy for your work out. If you are trying to conceive soon I wouldn't suggest anything that could hurt your chances. Good luck and I'm sorry to hear about your loss.
