I Wanted to know i heard that there is a tea called green tea300 and it make u lose weight? Does it work?

I heard some celebrity use it. And if it does work can i still drink coffe?

      no weight supplement will work unless you are doing the primary things you have to do. Cut calories and exercise more.

      Yes it does work!!!! my mother in law saw it in the store and went an got it!!! she didnt think it would work but we told her to start drinking it!!! In three weeks she lost 50 pounds she wnet from 275 to 225 and she is still drinkin it to this day an is losing weight every day!!!

      I've never heard of that - but a tea called Pu-erh (http://www.jcm.co.uk/catalogue.php?catID=276&opener=0-197-267-276) works - you have to eat healthily as well though.

      by now you should have realised there are no magic products in this world that "make you lose weight"
      they may HELP you however, due to certain actions they do in your body i.e. green tea contains antioxidants that fight free radicals (the bad stuff deposited from bad food!) but they cannot make you lose weight.
      i drink green tea, and am a decent/healthy weight, but i also exercise, eat fruits and veg, and generally am happy- which is all that should matter, as good health usually follows through!

      Green tea helps you lose weight because it contains catechins, caffeine and theanine. These compounds interact with each other when consumed that cause weight loss, much more than individually alone.

      Any brand of green tea, as long as it is good quality, will contain an optimum level of the three compounds above and help you lose weight.

      Yes, you can also drink coffee, just make sure you are below your caffeine tolerance level.

      Green tea helps you lose weight, but not as much as what many people think (not in scientific studies anyway).

      A study conducted Dr Dulloo in the University of Geneva found that drinking a green tea extract beverage three times a day increases energy expenditure by 4%.

      Is 4% too small to make any difference?

      If you burn 2,000 calorie a day, this translates to 80 calories, roughly the same amount of calories in a small banana.

      But increasing metabolism is not the only way green tea helps lose weight. It also promotes fat burning and reduces absorption and storage of fat. The sum total of these actions has not yet been quantified, but is likely to be significant.

      The best way to lose weight is to combine green tea with exercise.

      Two Japanese studies found that drinking green tea improves endurance performance by up to 24%. Combining green tea and exercise reduces weight gain by 90%!

      So green tea is not magic formula, but as a healthy supplement, and in combination with exercise, it is splendid!
