No, it will taste even better, but you have to had sugar, cuz the lemon is bitter. Don't combine milk and lemon though…otherwise it curdles!

what you mean goodness,flavor..? that depends on your taste.
nutritional value,i think you mix two substances,so you get mix of nutritional value,wheiter some of the ingredients change due to the mix of a cold and a hot substance..,i have no idea of that..
