if i keep washing it with black tea will it eventually be black ( jet black)

sorry but no. nice try though. even though it may be called black tea, its more brown. u cannot expect that it will tint ur hair. and trust me, its more expensive that dye. if ur worried about ur hair, use all natural dyes. lets make a comparison, metaphor, simile.
washing ur hair will blac tea hoping it will turn black is like hoping ur hands will turn yellow wen u wash it wil lemon juice. hoping that ur eyelids will turn green if u put cucumbers on them every day

Sorry, no…There is no dye in black tea-Also, you would just wash the black tea out in the shower; none of it would stay in ur hair.

Using black tea as a rinse can make your hair a little darker, but never black. If you want to have black hair using a natural dye, try indigo. http://www.hennaforhair.com has lots of information about using indigo, or a combination of henna and indigo to dye hair jet black.
