try 4 a month but the most healthy and EFFECTIVE way is 2 eat healthy and excersice regularly!

Most diets don't work or only lets you lose the weight temporarily. If you found a way to accept the way you are, that might be better.

ye! my friend was fat and she used it it worked like a miracle! but im not forcing u coz if u don't want to, u don;t have to! some ppl go to EXTREME lenghts to lsoe weight, i madvise that u don't! i searched for other various ways of losing weight and came across dis site: http://www.babyimthin.blogspot.com
altho i am not fat it seemed to have really good tips and videos and recipes! my frend said she went on it wen she tried to lose weight! hope this helps! xoxo

Teas aren't that effective . Trust me. But since it's free , why not try it for 1 month. I think you should exercise . Run. walk
if you 're not willing to exercise . Then you have to go on weight loss system that are charge u. Better off exercising .

well dnt try a lot of stuff at once, u cud try these over a space of time.
1.cut down on snacks.
2. wen eating dnt scoff it down eat slowly
3. exercise [every / everyother day

Well, at your age you have a MUCH higher metabolism than your older counterparts, basically all the crap off TV and "new herbal diets" are scams or medicines not aproved by the FDA, which are leading to lots of lawsuits after people buy these things and their kidneys shut down or other god awful internal problems.
Instead of "exercising", why not find a hobby that involves a good workout? Skateboarding, BMX-ing, swimming, football, the Wii fit, basically the only way to healthily lose weight and not hurt yourself is to eat less, move more. Simply cutting all sodas out of your diet will make you lose 10 lbs. in about 2 weeks. After you get used to getting an apple juice or water or tea instead of a Mt Dew try replacing junk w/ healthy stuff like yogurt, apple dippers (mcdonalds has em!) etc.
Also, being 16, you could just be in a puberty related chubby phase. My little bro was pretty heavy all thru high school but he hit 19 an shot up 5 inches and is now in great shape.

Eat right, and exercise…that's the key to losing weight. There are no magic bullets or pills or teas or anything else that will have a significant result if you don't also include proper diet and exercise.

Losing weight by drinking tea is probally not going to work, but if it is green tea it has antioxidants and vitamins which are very good for you.
. Exercising can be fun, but most of the time it sucks. Just try cutting back on fatty foods and try to eat three meals a day, with little snacking. If you must snack try something low fat and healthy. Stick to smaller servings of the good foods (AKA unhealthy foods), but you can still indulge and lose weight.
Losing weight takes a lot of time, and it may seem like you are never going to drop the weight. But just by walking a little bit each day and eating better will make a noticeable difference in weight. Stay after it and don't give up, if you do not lose a lot of weight at least you will be much healthier.
I am 15 now, and just by eating a little better and doing work with my dad I have already lost 10 pounds this summer.

mix two or three spoons of honey in a glass of water and drink it regularly.you will lose your weight with out any diet or exercises.

i don't know it seems to work but maybe if you exercised it would be better because you would loose the weight and keep it off . you can always try it
