So the tea they use is a mix between an average english breakfast (awake tea), with some hints of citrus, so they change it up a bit from the small tazo bags. However, I have seen on the tazo website and in some stores that they sell the actual tea that they brew. (Same size box as the other tazo teas, but it has a big picture of a pitcher on it) http://www.tazo.com. You can also find it here, this is the EXACT one that they use: http://www.cooking.com/products/shprodde.asp?SKU=204966
They use a "classic" syrup which is basically a watered down corn syrup. It's just a simple bar syrup.
I don't know if this makes much difference in flavor, but they brew it concentrated and water it down. It keeps for about 24 hours, but they only keep it for 8-12 hours. Also, with this specific brand, they never refrigerate it, for some reason it gets mucky and cloudy if you do. You'll notice they always keep it on the counter.
