I read in some magazine/articles that caffenine is good and some that it is bad,what moderation should I drink it.I am into my jogging and exercise so not sure how it can effect my routines

I am almost certain any tea is good for you. Caffenine isn't great for you but its not bad to have in moderation. Does that help?

Hi there,
There have definitely been studies that show some excellent health benefits to drinking tea - whether it's white tea, green tea, or black tea. Like everything, moderation is key - too much caffeine isn't good for anyone, but a cup or two a day with a little milk for added calcium is sure something I love, too!
