I'm drinking it now, it has like citric acid, potassium crap, and color. Will this make it amy different than regular tea?
The nutrition facts says it's sugar free.

It has more sugar… It's good, but not an all-time drink anyway.

Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus is not as healthy as brewing your own.

I don't think there's any substitute for the wholesomeness of a homemade product. Mass-produced food and drinks always have those preservatives and junk. But any green tea is good in my book;-)

Well, I'm not a nutrition expert, but I'll say this much. Diet Lipton Green Tea w/ Citrus has been my drink of choice for several months now. I know it contains the anti-oxidants that are supposed to be the main benefit of green tea. In combination with other life style changes I have managed to lose 40 pounds.
Is it as good as home brewed green tea? Probably not. Is it convenient, enjoyable and a lot better than soda and sport drinks? Absolutely.
I say, if it's keeping you away from "junk" drinks and you like it, then go for it. It's been doing the trick for me.
