I recently started drinking a lot of Arizona Green Tea w/ Ginseng and honey. I really like the taste and I was just wondering is this tea good for your body and is it better than drinking juice?
Oh yeah and I am perfectly healthy and I'm not overweight . I'm not trying to shed any lbs I just want to eat and drink a little healthier.

Its nature so yeah better then juice, unless the juice is juicy juice in which is 100% all nature

The two main ingredients in Arizona Green Tea (besides the tea itself) are high fructose corn syrup and sugar, which most definitely aren’t good for you. If you want all the benefits of green tea, just drink it plain. You can buy tea bags and drink it hot, or brew a bunch and put it in the fridge to drink it cold. It’s really good and very refreshing. If you like it sweeter than you can add a little honey.
Besides plain green tea, the best thing for your body that you can drink is water. Rather than doing fruit juices, eat the whole fruit instead.
