I know that if you add milk or cream, the benefits are eliminated. Does it make a difference if you add sugar, Splenda( or other sweetner), or powdered non-dairy creamer? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

no, you can add anything you wish and you won't lose the health benefits, specifically the antioxidants and EGCG substance.

Adding milk or cream will not take away the health benefits, neither will splenda or non-dairy creamer. The cream or milk will add nutrients, but thats about it.
