I don't think it would be effective because by the time tea is ready for consumption it's usually pretty light. Not to mention that your hair won't absorb it.

If it does dye, it would be tempoary and probably come out in the next shower.

i think it would barely tinge it until you wash ur hair… though chamomille does give eventual results to lighten hair
