I got green tea from the store yesterday. It's not pills or anything just regular old green tea bags. Does green tea burn fat an also if it does how much should I drink in a day?

yes, it does help burn fat. i drank it just because we had some in the house every morning and lost weight unintentionally.

No, there is no food that is a "fat burner". Like coffee and other tea, the caffeine suppresses your appetite and briefly (briefly!) may raise your metabolism. Green tea is healthy for other reasons and 3-4 cups a day should be fine.

yes it does help in fat burning and also good for skin and health but just 2 or 3 cups a day not more than that

It does not burn fat. It contains antioxidants that will help you feel better and make your body a little more efficient at metabolizing the calories you do eat. The heat from the green tea will also act as a mild laxative (not like ex-lax). One or two cups a day is good for you. Green tea in high doses contain harmful tannins, so don't overdo.
