is green tea bad for a very skinny girl?

I am not anorexic or bulimic!! i eat a lot, but don't gain weight. It is easier for me to lose weight then to gain weight. My doc says I am very healthy and I look healthy too. But I'm 5'3, 95 lbs and I am 16 turning 17. My mom says green tea is gonna make me really skinny if I drink it and I only drink it some times to keep myself healthy because I eat a lot of junk food. HELP!!! pleasee. I want to gain weight but not by eating bunch of pizza because I already do that and It doesn't work. I want to gain weight with a healthy diet. Thanks in advance =]
I do. My mom always makes fresh juice for me and I eat a lot of fruits and veggies.

      Green Tea wont hurt but drink fruit juices and stuff too.

      green tea's good for you i drink it everyday it's basically just drinking water with herbs but you should not put sugar in it you should make it at home and use like 3 or 4 splendas' or sweet'n'lows per glass you pour i use 3

      drink lotsa green tea (decaf) and eat a balanced diet.

      drink green tea if you like, it wont make a drastic difference on your weight.

      healthy foods that make you gain weight:
      avocado
      potato
      nuts especialy almonds
      full cream dairy products
      pasta

      well green tea is not a bad thing to have everyday..even if ur skinny, norm or fat…actually green tea is good for you health..check this web site http://chinesefood.about.com/library/weekly/aa011400a.htm hope this works on you for taking it…and for that gaining weight..easiest way to gain wieght is right after ur done with a meal..directly take a nap..thats slows down ur digestions and ur body absorbs alot of fats and nutrients from the food that u consumed…cuz thats how i gain weight..and it works..hope this works on you too…^.^

      green tea is a very healthy drink and it is rich with antioxidants. everyone can drink it even a very skinny girl like you.
