I thought green tea was supposed to be good for you. A friend of mine says she heard it’s bad to drink green tea if you’re trying to have a baby. Does anyone know what the deal is with green tea if you’re trying to conceive?
Thanks!

Most teas have lots of caffeine in them and that is something to avoid during pregnancy and some suggest restricting you diet in some ways while TTC as if you were pregnant. I have given up caffeine, hot dogs and some other favorites while TTC

It’s alright to drink up until ovulation.
But not after ovulation as it can cause miscarriage.
Green Tea increases your amount of fertile cervical mucus per month.
