It's fine! A very healthy alternative to coffee. You're baby will be fine.

The caffeine might not be great for you since pregnancy puts extra strain on the heart, but (and I say this with every medical question I answer), CHECK WITH YOUR OBSTETRICIAN!! He may have a different opinion.

I think it is fine as long as you don't drink too much…

As long as it doesn't have caffene it can make your child hyper active (ADHD)

Green tea is better than drinking coffee…but if you are drinking it "all the time" (more than maybe 1 or 2 cups/glasses a day)…you should cut back. There is caffeine in green tea….and drinking it all day long is hard on both of you.

it is fine during pregnancy and don't worry about the caffeine their isn't much in it and it hasn't been shown to harm the baby in moderate amounts

The pregnancy bookl I've been referring to says no green tea as it has been associated with birth defects. I have also read similar info on the internet saying the same thing. I would not drink it or only drink it very occasionally.
