IS GREEN TEA EXTRACT PILLS THE SAME AS ACTUAL GREEN TEA?n?

basically i ran out of green tea pills last night so i placed an order. the pills will be aricing on wed. now in that time in bewtween., is it ok to drink green tea? will it have hte same effect?

      I don't see why not but if you still have the box for the pills, compare the ingredients of the pills to the tea and see how many are the same. That should give you your answer.
