I am drinking 2-3 cups of green tea daily. Is it good ? If it is, what are the benefits of drinking it daily ?

I don't drink the tea daily only when there is a need for it's benefits.I do drink more of the peppermint tea though.

yes very good. 2-3 cups a day burns an extra 80 calories each day. also it speeds up your metabolism and helps burn fat. it also lowers high blood pressure and cholestrol. it also can help prevent tons of different cancers. so drink away.

You pee heaps. Im doing what you're doing, and Im sure you have noticed you have been peeing loads. Thats good! Goodbye toxins! Well, theres some caff in there, so you get energy, and it helps curb hunger. Has antioxidants… It's not a super magical fantastic drink, but it's better than black tea. Im drinking it mostly to help me lose weight, and I havent noticed anything yet.

I think the benefits have already been covered, but another is that it's delicious and it tastes like toasted rice and seaweed
Kind of like sushi in a drink, in some weird way XD I think you'll enjoy it though if you like Japanese cuisine.

I don't think it has any benefits you can't get from other sources, e.g. Rooibosch, and it also contains caffeine, which is not good in most cases.
