Ok, I simply cannot handle more than one meal a day. I drink about five cups of green tea during the day though, and notice that I get extremely weak and need to lay down after drinking it. What could it be doing to my body after drinkung it. I'm not a sick person.

To be honest probably not. Everyone is different so just drink different things between tea such as water or lemonade. Too much of ANYTHING is harmful. Tea is really good for you by the way but dont drink ONLY tea.

You are probably overdoing the caffeine, sometimes caffeine has the opposite effect on me.

well if i understood you correctly you said that ur only eating one meal a day. thats the problem. green tea has caffine which can dehydrate you so be careful. And it might be affecting you cuz ur stomach cant handle it cuz there isnt enough food. Just a theory. Cuz im the same way i dont eat a lot and i have an EXTREMLY sensitive stomach, almost everything upsets it. So that may be why
hope this helped

Anything in large amount is harmful even water

Sounds like to much caffeine. They make caffeine free-green tea…try some of that.
But anything in large amounts can be harmful, even water.

I would contact your doctor and immediately stop drinking the tea. Do you drink it on empty stomach? sugared? etc. All things your doctors MUST know.
