Drinks with too much cafeine should be avoided though.

There will be a small amount of caffiene in there but so long as you don’t have too much caffiene in one day then thats ok.
The one ingredient I have issues with is the “acesulfame potassium.” That is an artifical sweetner that can be dangerous. Me personally I do not use any sort of artificial sweetner because there is too much controversy. Also, this new being inside you is still forming and growing so why put it at risk just so you can save a few calories??? Pregnancy is not the time to cut calories and eat diet food! Eat something healthy like broccoli so that your baby can get real nutrients!

Its not ok because of the caffine.Most tea’s have caffine.So if you drink that then why not drink a soda,because its to much caffine unless you get a non caffine soda or tea
