I got the free 2 week trial for Wu-Yi tea, and I just started drinking it like 2 days ago. So far, I’ve noticed that my appetite has greatly decreased and I feel more energetic. The box says to drink 2 cups a day, and not to drink the tea 3 hours before bedtime. But I wake up early so I finish my 2 cups by about 2 pm.
Is it ok, if I drink 3 cups a day? Has anyone else tried this tea?
I know tea doesnt make you lose weight…exercise and eating healthy does. I do 1 hr cardio a day and I eat good. The tea just helps to decrease appetite. And no, its not the same as green tea because I drink/have drank that before.

All it is, is tea! You would've got the same results from Green Tea!
Edit: Well I said that based on experiences from other people. Cardio alone wont help tone you. You can burn more by ALSO including strength training.
