Is it okay to drink green tea if I am nursing?

    You have to rember everything that you put in+your body when nursing goes to the baby.If it a concern you should always always ask your DR.-

    i've heard that you should stay away from green teas and most herbal teas during pregnancy and nursing. there are some enzymes and such in teas that don't have much effect on an adult, but can cause major issues for a baby, especially a newborn. i would ask your pediatrician or ob/gyn or a lactation consultant.

    Yes.
    As far as I know, green tea has little or no caffeine in it. So it should be fine for the milk.

    its best if you consult your doctor because some teas arent good for the baby but it is good for morning sickness
