Green tea has much less caffiene and is also a good anti-oxidant.

Actually, the caffiene in coffee is not that harmful, due to the antioxidants in it. If you're going for caffiene, coffee is the way to go. Green tea doesn't have caffiene at all, and it's supposed to be a good, cleansing effect. It's healthy for you, but so is coffee, if you take it black and in moderation.

Green tea is better than both regular tea and coffee. The reason for this is that green tea contains only a low level of caffeine and natural anti-oxidants which help cleanse the body.
Here are just a few known health benefits of drinking green tea:
* Boosts your immune system
* Helps prevent cavities and tooth decay
* Slows the aging process
* Helps reduce the risk of cancer
* Lowers cholesterol
* Aids in weight loss by burning calories
* Reduces high blood pressure
* Prevents arthritis
* Reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke

I have heard that it is because there are a ton of antioxidents in green tea that there aren't in coffee.
