Ok so after reading all these articles about how healthy green tea is, and it makes your skin really good etc etc
I bought a box of the Lipton green teabags, and i just drink it how its supposed to be, boiling water, no sugar in a not to big mug/cup
Now, im not too sure, ive read it needs to be sitting for around 2 minutes or it goes bitter, which i have discovered it does if left longer than 2 minutes, but it doesn't exactly taste "pleasant" as the packet says.
Just wondering if lipton green tea is as good as any other brands, or should i buy something else if i want the full health benefits of green tea.

I also just bought some, the organic green tea in which I used it in my ice tea maker. I found it bitter after brewing but left the rest in the refrigerator overnight and the next day the bitterness was gone. I think any way you drink it is beneficial….
