Read the label and compare the ingredients. Some powders may be just as good, others may be lacking or have artificial sweeteners in them (which are terrible for you). It all depends on the maker.

The fresh leaves and steeping it is better than that. Powder/tea bags still are good, but not as good as the real thing.

It should be. It is just tea that has been dhydrated and ground into a powder. It may have lost some nutrients during the process but not too many. Also make sure to check what they might have added to it too. Artificial swweeteners or too many additives to get it to last longer won’t be too good. Remember the tea in tea bags is just tea, nothing else. So anything they add to the powder mix is extra and may or may not be beneficial to us.
