unless the package says it is, then I'd assume that it isn't. I've had lots of white tea and the caffeine content is relatively low.

unless tea says it's decaffinated .. it's not!!! Caffeine is an organic layer on tea leaves…

White teas contain much less caffeine then green and black teas. In some cases, it may be decaffeinated. I know for fact that the snapple white teas are caffeine-free. If you are refering to loose tea or tea bags, the caffeine content may vary. If you are brewing it yourself, steep the tea for a few minutes, discard the tea and then steep it again. Most of the caffeine will be removed when it is steeped the first time.
