well look on the lable 2 find out what it conatins, maybe it has something other then green tea and citrus, although green tea helps in the metabolisem so it doesn't matter if it has citrus

Green tea does in fact speed your metabolism. I would stick to regular green tea from the tea bag though.
Bottled green tea contains too many calories and sugar. The diet contains fake sugar which has been proven to be horrible for you.

Exercise is great, I dont think the green Tea will improve your workout but from my understanding Green Tea helps work out all those impurities from your body also try Activia yogurt

Ok, here is what you get in a bottle of Lipton.
It has as lot of added sugar, in the form of high fructose corn syrup almost the same as a soda. that alone will cancel any potential extra calories burned by a mild metabolic increase. A 20oz. "single serving size" actually has 2.5 "servings" in the bottle or about 52grams of sugar.
Green tea CAN be healthy, but this pre-mix is not!

Saint is right. While green tea may be good for you, that bottled stuff from Lipton is not healthy at all. It also tastes awful. Try buying green tea bags (the berry flavored ones are good) and brewing your own. If you need sugar, you can control how much goes in there. For most people around 1 teaspoon of sugar per cup of tea is more than enough. Also, the sucrose in sugar is easier for your body to metabolize than the fructose in the high fructose corn syrup in the bottled stuff. Just make a gallon and let it cool in the fridge overnight. You'll have plenty for a few days, and can experiment and see what flavors you like. It's also a lot cheaper than the pre made stuff.

That Lipton stuff does nothing for you because it has a ton of sugar in it. Any green tea benefits are for the most part ruined. If your goal is to lose weight then try something like ultra tea
