i'm dieting and exercising on a daily basis and i heard green tea helps with the weight loss process?…in what ways can it be helpful? how often should i drink it?…will it give me an energy boost?…is it only some brands of green tea or all kinds??…..and i also heard that some of these green tea can have a lot of sugar/ corn syrup in it….i have the lipton green tea 100% natural one and on the label it says it has zero calories..and also on teh box it says to add sugar or splenda so i am thinking the tea bag shouldn't have sugar….but i still have my doubts…please answer

Tea and coffee contain no sugar unless you add it after you've made it. If you buy tea that's already brewed, make sure it doesn't have added sweeteners.
Now as for weight loss…yes, green tea, all caffeinated green tea, helps boost your metabolism. The question is by how much. Well, you need to drink 5-6 cups of green tea daily in order to burn 60 calories. So it is not an overweight person's answer to weight loss. That's about the amount of calories in a cookie. You could incorparate it along with your diet and exercise plan, but it's not going to make a noticable difference. Here's a good article for you to find the facts…
