its baby tea leaves…its more subtle…try the cold one with a flavor like lemon added

It's the same as regular (i.e. orange Pekoe) tea, only the leaves haven't fully matured when they are picked, so the taste is very light.
I can see how it would make a good iced tea (but I've only had it hot).

Yea it DOES taste good iced, but since you don't like hot tea, probably not hot…

white tea has a very subtle taste. white tea is usually flavored with some kind of fruit. Not all the time though. I personally love it. And yes, it is wonderful when served over ice.
