I'm using honey, and a blend of St Johns Wort, Ginkgo, Ginseng Root, Peppermint, Red Raspberry leaf, Stevia Leaves, Jasmine Flowers, and Green tea. This blend I can't change the ingredients because I purchased it pre-mixed as a "Stress Buster" tea. I'm not sure how much honey I should use, but found it tastes better cold and after sits in the fridge for a day or two, but I still can't get around the bitter after-taste. Suggestions, please?

I dont know if this counts as changing ingredients but i always like to add milk to alot of my tea's and it makes it tast alot better. Especially green tea, i've always hated the taste of it but it's extremely good for you so i drink it with a little milk and sugar.

try steeping the tea for less time.
actually, the green tea might be making that blend bitter. Green tea should only be brewed in cooler water and for less time (180F for about 2 minutes).
The other ingredients could be brewed with boiling water and up to 5-10 minutes. But not the green tea. Try a cooler water in a less steep time.
