This question has been asked before but i was wondering, this morning i got up ate half a grape fruit and drank some green tea, about five minutes later i had the immense desire to throw up. I was nausiated for about half an hour and it's just starting to go away now,
does anybody know why this would happen, as i've read other accounts of green tea causing nausea, but i have drank green tea many times before and never felt nausiated, or could it be some kind of interaction with the grapefruit, which i have not eaten so much.
I also cooked eggs, but didn't get round to eating them because of the sudden nausea.

grapefruit are pretty sour things to eat, that make me sick,
but i have found that green tea on an empty stomach can make you feel sick and drunk anytime can cause headaches
i guess eating half a grapefruit counts as an empty stomach.

It's the grapefruiot a sudden real high dose of citric acid can tear your stomsck to sherds,I have live with gastrick reflux for the las 40 yrs or so ,stop being so cutting edge and learn to take care of your stomach, get some commen sense ,If an attack becomes really bad try a teaspoon of baking soda in a warm cup of water, you will barf but the baking soda soulution will kill any acids

Lots of teas make me feel nauseus. Not just green, but black teas, too. So it's not the grapefruit for me. It's the strong tea.
