I've heard yes and no repeatedly. Can someone help me straighten this out?
No, no, I'm not worried about my weight or anything like that………I mean I heard that adding milk to tea kills all the vitamins and nutrients in the tea, but I've also heard that it's not true…….so which one IS it? I love tea with milk and I like the idea that tea is healthy for you but I'd be dissappointed to learn that tea with milk gives me no vitamins

Not unless you're drinking 5 or 6 cups a day or more. Then the milk and sugar could add a significant number of calories to your diet. If that's not a concern, then no harm at all.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great detoxification colon cleanse and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://www.diet-happy.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
